The webinar “External Evaluation of the National Anti-Corruption Action Plan (NACAP) 2022–2025” organised by the National Transparency Authority (NTA), was held with great success on Monday, 30 March 2026. The event brought together 80 representatives from public administration bodies and focused on the evaluation of the National Plan carried out by an independent external expert.
During the webinar, the following were presented:
- The methodology of the independent external evaluation, which was based on a combination of desk research, multi-criteria analysis, and primary field research.
- The key evaluation criteria, with emphasis on the relevance, coherence, and effectiveness of the Plan.
- The main findings of the evaluation, highlighting the clear structure and internal consistency of the NACAP 2022–2025, as well as its high degree of implementation.
- Recommendations aimed at further enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the new Plan for the period 2026–2030.
In closing, the Governor and senior officials of the National Transparency Authority invited the public to actively participate in the consultation process for the development of the new National Anti-Corruption Action Plan 2026–2030, with the goal of further enhancing effectiveness and transparency. The draft Plan is available on the official website of the National Transparency Authority.
